We look at the home itself, its setting and comparable homes nearby. Then we talk it through with you: the figure, and the thinking behind it.
Does asking for a valuation commit me to anything?
No. It’s the start of a conversation. You decide if, and when, to go further.
How long will it take to sell?
No one can honestly promise that. It depends on the home, the price and the moment. What we can do is help you set the price thoughtfully, show your home well and keep you posted.
Can we do this while I live abroad?
Much of it can happen online, by phone and by video. For the steps that need a signature or legal advice, we’ll help you plan ahead with independent specialists.
